Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for NCR's US operations. You will partner with hiring managers, source talent, screen candidates, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding at our Midtown Atlanta HQ.

This onsite role requires 3+ years in corporate recruiting, strong knowledge of US labor markets, excellent communication, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. You will manage multiple roles across functions and deliver high-quality hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• Onsite work five days/week (Mon-Fri) at Midtown Atlanta.

Responsibilities

In this role you will lead the full recruitment lifecycle to support NCR Voyix's growth across the United States. You will partner with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience. You’ll advise leaders on hiring decisions, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion diversity and inclusion. This onsite role at our Midtown Atlanta HQ offers the chance to impact across functions, shaping teams that power unified commerce solutions.

• Provide market insights and recruiting guidance to managers

• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS

Key requirements
