Job summary

City Wide is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full cycle recruitment for Kansas City’s hourly field positions, including janitorial cleaners, service reps, and building managers. You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers while partnering with operations leaders and the OneHR team.

You’ll onboard new hires, manage the Workable ATS and Asana Recruiting Job Board, and maintain a healthy pipeline of independent contractors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting in high-volume, multi-site environments.
• Experience in facility services and union knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Organized with ability to handle multiple requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruitment for hourly field positions (janitorial cleaners, service reps, day porters, floor techs, building managers).
• Onboard new janitorial cleaners, complete 100% of paperwork, orientation, and first day coordination.
• Recruit and vet independent contractors and maintain an active growth pipeline.
• Manage Workable ATS and Asana Recruiting Job Board and track Time-to-Fill for all roles.
• Partner with Night Managers and handle ADP questions as needed.

If your best days are spent meeting new people, building relationships, and getting the right person into the right job, this is your role. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own full cycle recruitment for City Wide Maintenance - Kansas City, hiring the hourly field team and independent contractors who keep our clients' facilities running. You will partner closely with our operations leaders and the OneHR team, and your energy, persistence, and people skills will directly fuel our growth.

What You'll Do:

• Own full cycle recruitment for hourly field positions (janitorial cleaners, service reps, day porters, floor techs, and building managers), from creative sourcing and pre-screening through interviews, reference and background checks, and job offers.

• Onboard new janitorial cleaners, completing 100% of new hire paperwork, orientation, and first day coordination before the scheduled start date.

• Recruit and vet independent contractors, maintaining an active pipeline strong enough to support growth and attrition.

• Manage the Workable ATS and the Asana Recruiting Job Board, keeping every requisition current and recording Time-to-Fill for 100% of positions.

• Partner weekly with Night and Division Night Managers on openrequisitions, andserve as the first point of contact for employee ADP questions, escalating to OneHR or Payroll when needed.

This is a high-volume, hourly recruiting role; you'll be sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding every week while keeping a Time-to-Fill of 12 days or less and adding 3-5 independent contractors to the pipeline each month. • You're organized, with 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience in high-volume hourly, multi-site environments; facility services and union knowledge are highly preferred.

• You're motivated by seeing your ideas in action and building positive, collaborative relationships.

• You can manage multiple open requisitions at once, working with minimal supervision at a quick, steady pace.

• You communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally, and can articulate City Wide's culture, vision, and position-specific goals. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
