  • Actively source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, referrals, social media, branding initiatives, and local labor market partnerships.
  • Develop, manage, evaluate, and optimize driver recruiting pipelines to ensure sufficient and sustainable applicant flow aligned with operational demand.

  • Coordinate onboarding timelines, documentation, background checks, DOT/FMCSA requirements, vehicle qualification, and system access.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for new drivers during onboarding, addressing questions, concerns, and barriers to successful launch.
  • Assign mentor drivers to new contractors and commercial drivers as part of structured onboarding and early performance support.
  • Conduct post‑onboarding follow‑ups to assess driver readiness, satisfaction, and early‑stage issues; elevate or resolve concerns in partnership with Operations and Contractor Relations.
  • Contribute to a positive, professional employer and driver brand through consistent communication and care‑focused onboarding practices.
Systems, Reporting & Communication

  • Educate candidates on LTO program requirements, expectations, and timelines in coordination with Contractor Relations and Operations.
  • Ensure LTO drivers complete all onboarding, compliance, and vehicle qualification requirements prior to launch.
Employer Branding & Referral Programs
  • Represent Now Courier’s employer brand consistently and professionally in all external recruiting interactions.
