You’ll bring deep expertise in full-cycle recruitment, from intake and sourcing to offer negotiation, with a strong focus on building high-performing talent pipelines. You’ll partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs, shape hiring strategies, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

The Team

Our Talent Acquisition team is a dynamic group of collaborative problem solvers committed to delivering exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers. • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, job posting optimization, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.

  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume roles.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure job descriptions reflect current market language and expectations.

  • Facilitate client engagement meetings to align on recruitment strategy, timelines, and candidate profiles.

  • Represent MassMutual at recruiting events and career fairs as needed.

  • Collaborate with Compensation and HR partners to ensure alignment on job leveling, salary ranges, and offer strategy.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and share best practices across the TA team.
