POPS ABA is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment across Connect ABA + Therapy, POPS Therapeutics, and KidClan. This role will shape strategy, build long-term pipelines, and partner with executive leadership to support growth in healthcare, education, and behavioral health services.
You will develop sourcing strategies, optimize hiring workflows, and establish metrics to improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire while expanding into new locations and service lines.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an exceptional Director of Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment efforts across all three organizations.
This is a leadership role for an experienced talent acquisition professional who has successfully recruited healthcare, therapy, educational, and behavioral health professionals at scale.
The Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, building long-term talent pipelines, improving hiring systems, managing recruiting initiatives, and ensuring all three organizations have the talent needed to support continued growth.
This individual will work directly with executive leadership and will play a critical role in the future growth of our organizations.
