Role: Regional Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
Compensation: $70,000 – $95,000 annual equivalent (DOE)
About the Role
A growing, multi-site residential hospitality and wellness organization with more than 2,500 team members is seeking a Regional Recruiter to join the team.
In this role, you will lead full-cycle talent acquisition for mid-to-senior level site leadership and key corporate positions. While local on-site managers handle high-volume entry-level roles, you will own critical operational, clinical/wellness, and department-head searches. You will also serve as a systems and process advisor, coaching site leaders on hiring best practices, compensation alignment, and applicant tracking workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Lifecycle Mid & Senior Recruiting: Manage sourcing, screening, competency-based interviews, offer negotiations, and pre-employment background screening for specialized community-level managers and corporate openings.
- Specialized Operational & Leadership Pipelines: Proactively recruit leadership talent across multiple operational disciplines, including:
- Health & Wellness / Clinical Leadership
- Facility Maintenance Operations
- Food & Beverage / Hospitality Leadership
- Business Office & Administrative Management
- Specialized Resident Care Operations
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with multi-site department heads and regional leadership to define role profiles, advise on competitive market compensation, and implement effective candidate marketing strategies.
- ATS & Workflow Optimization: Maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system (SmartRecruiters), train hiring managers on posting workflows, and reinforce hiring compliance.
- Passive Candidate Sourcing: Build targeted candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networking, referral campaigns, and specialized job boards.
- Reporting: Track and communicate regional requisition metrics, weekly pipeline health, and time-to-fill updates to executive leadership.
Candidate Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a corporate or fast-paced agency setting.
- Industry Background: Prior experience hiring across multi-unit operations—such as healthcare, residential care, hospitality, property management, or specialized service environments is strongly preferred.
- ATS Experience: Proficiency using modern applicant tracking systems (SmartRecruiters experience is a plus).
- Consultative Skills: Strong communication skills with a track record of coaching field managers and advising on compensation structures.
- Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage 15–25 concurrent professional/exempt searches independently across multiple locations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline, or commensurate professional experience.
- Flexibility: Flexible hybrid schedule, with significant ability to work from home.
