Job summary

DATCU Credit Union in Corinth, TX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing through onboarding, delivering a positive candidate experience.

You will support HR programs, ensure compliance, and participate in community outreach such as job fairs and campus recruiting to strengthen our talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of professional recruiting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Experience with HRIS and Microsoft 365.
• Paycom experience preferred.

Job description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for the Credit Union, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. This role supports the employee lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding and plays a key role in ensuring a positive candidate and new hire experience.

In addition to talent acquisition responsibilities, the Talent Acquisition Specialist assists with the administration of human resources programs, maintains compliance with federal and state regulations, and supports employee communications related to HR policies and procedures. The position also participates in community outreach efforts, such as job fairs and campus recruiting events, to strengthen the Credit Union's talent pipeline. This is an onsite position located in Corinth, TX Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Regular work attendance is an essential function of the job.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
