Onsite in Corinth with potential hybrid remote work on Mondays and Fridays at management discretion. Requires a High School Diploma and 2-3 years of recruiting experience; Paycom experience preferred.

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for the Credit Union, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. This role supports the employee lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding and plays a key role in ensuring a positive candidate and new hire experience.In addition to talent acquisition responsibilities, the HR Recruiter assists with the administration of human resources programs, maintains compliance with federal and state regulations, and supports employee communications related to HR policies and procedures. The position also participates in community outreach efforts, such as job fairs and campus recruiting events, to strengthen the Credit Union's talent pipeline. This is an onsite position located in Corinth, TX Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
