Job summary

AmTrust Financial Services Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to partner with hiring managers and build strong candidate pipelines.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting and promote a positive candidate experience in a hybrid work environment, with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. The role requires 1–3 years in talent acquisition, strong interviewing skills, and experience using ATS and LinkedIn, with responsibilities spanning sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience sourcing talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-service mindset with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Overview

As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll partner with hiring managers, build strong candidate pipelines, and create outstanding candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance. This position is hybrid out of our AmTrust office. 4 days in the office, 1 day work from home.

The expected salary range for this role is $60,000-$85,000/year.
