Job summary

AmTrust Financial Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our Data Science & AI Team, applying advanced analytics to commercial insurance challenges and delivering data-driven solutions that enhance customer experience.

You will manage data assets, build reports and dashboards, contribute to data warehousing, ensure data quality, and train users on new analytics capabilities. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into

• Leading the development of reports, dashboards and scorecards
• Leading the design of the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
• Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
• Leading initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
• Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
• Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
• Training end-users on new reports and dashboards.
• Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing. Keeps current with market trends and demands.
• Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
