Job summary

Qcells North America is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Cartersville, GA—on-site to join a fast-growing team. You will manage full-cycle hiring, from sourcing to interviews, partnering with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to align strategies with business goals.

You will actively identify qualified candidates across multiple channels, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience, while staying compliant with applicable employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition
• Bilingual in Korean and English

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to build and execute tailored sourcing and hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
• Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, social media, and internal referral programs.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Oversee interview scheduling, maintain clear candidate communications, and deliver a smooth transition into onboarding for new hires.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal teams to fully understand staffing priorities and team dynamics.
• Represent Qcells accurately in the market to strengthen the employer brand and maintain an exceptional candidate experience.
• Stay current on modern talent acquisition trends, best practices, and relevant state and federal employment laws.
