Neighborhood Health Center of WNY, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to connect our community with rewarding careers. You’ll partner with leaders to design candidate personas for each role and build meaningful relationships with applicants and the community.

This role reports to the VP of HR and emphasizes proactive sourcing and an engaging candidate experience. Based at our Northwest Buffalo location with regular travel to other Neighborhood sites, you’ll influence recruiting

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• 2-3 years’ experience in talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare.

About The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll use your relationship and interpersonal skills as you identify and nurture relevant community partnerships. You’ll report directly to the VP of Human Resources with the ability to influence the priorities within your role. You’ll collaborate with leaders to design and implement meaningful candidate personas for each job title. Responsibilities include:

• Creating an engaging candidate experience
• Proactively sourcing talent
• Building relationships with leadership, candidates, and our community
• Measuring successes within our recruiting efforts.

You will be primarily based at our Northwest location, 155 Lawn Ave. in Buffalo, and will also travel to other Neighborhood sites on a regular basis.

Education And Experience To Be a Talent Acquisition Recruiter

• Associates degree
• 2-3 years’ experience in talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare

What We Offer

Compensation: $62,350 - 66,000 annually.
