Neighborhood Health Center of WNY, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to provide leadership to nursing staff and ensure excellent patient care. Key responsibilities include overseeing LPN desk nurses, collaboration in recruitment and training, and addressing patient complaints effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years nursing experience and hold a current NYS LPN license. The role offers competitive compensation and a range of benefits aimed at promoting employee wellbeing.
As a Nurse Supervisor at Neighborhood, you’ll use your training, organizational skills, attention to detail, and influencing skills as you perform nursing tasks and help ensure an excellent patient experience.
Location: You will be primarily based at our Mattina location, 300 Niagara St. and Bridgeview location, 1050 Niagara St. in Buffalo, and will travel to other Neighborhood sites in Western New York as needed.

Compensation: $32.79 an hour based on a full‑time, 40‑hour work week
