Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activity for assigned openings from posting through hire.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
• Post jobs on the HRIS system (iSolved) and other recruiting platforms.
• Source candidates through the HRIS system, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and initial candidate evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with offer letters, pre-employment documentation, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking information.
• Help build candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.

Position Overview

Crown Linen Service, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across our growing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized professional who enjoys working with people, building strong candidate relationships, and contributing to the success of a long-established, family-owned company.

This is an on-site position based in Brockton, Massachusetts. The role requires regular in-person presence and is not remote

• Experience with Indeed, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office preferred

Compensation

$28.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience.
