Job summary

Metropolitan Linen Service Corp in Haverhill, MA is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to support our growing team. The role covers recruiting, onboarding, payroll, training, safety, compliance, and admin duties within a family-owned firm.

You will implement ADP software, manage staffing needs, and track attendance, benefits, and time off, while maintaining security protocols and ensuring regulatory compliance. On-site position with competitive compensation.

• Payroll: Finalize all time and attendance data and process weekly payroll.
• Safety & Security: Ensure safety training is fully implemented by supervisors.
• Maintain electronic and physical security systems.
• HR Compliance: Complete all necessary tasks for compliance, insurance, etc.
• Admin: Manage administration of legal, insurance and IT.
