• 3+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience in corporate/in-house or staffing agency recruiting.
• Strong candidate sourcing and pipeline-building ability.
• Experience conducting phone screens and interviews.
• Experience recruiting for professional roles.
• Proficient ATS and candidate tracking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Organized and able to manage multiple openings.
• Collaborative, self-motivated, team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for current and upcoming openings.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to define requirements and candidate profiles.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels and resources.
• Conduct initial phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Present qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• Schedule interviews and maintain consistent candidate communication.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruiting process and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Post job openings and maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS.
• Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and progress through each stage.
• Support efforts to develop diverse and inclusive candidate pipelines.
