Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for one of our clients to identify and engage top talent in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This fully remote role requires residing in the Raleigh, NC area, with emphasis on proactive sourcing and candidate engagement across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Experience with proactive sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; iCIMS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of corporate policies and procedures.
• Discretion with confidential information and data.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Self-starter, adaptable and collaborative.

Responsabilités

• Proactively source and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and more.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Support the full recruitment process from posting to interview and selection.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across locations for current and future roles.
• Develop new and creative sourcing channels to expand the candidate pool.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive experience.
• Participate in in-person and virtual career fairs with Talent Acquisition and HR.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system and monitor flow.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to support temporary staffing needs.
• Provide regular updates on recruiting activity and KPIs; analyze trends.
