The Talent Acquisition Senior Associate will support recruiting for Huron’s Oracle Business Unit, delivering full-cycle recruitment across a range of consulting and technology roles. This role will partner closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to understand hiring needs, identify and engage qualified talent, and deliver a strong candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate brings strong recruiting and sourcing experience within professional services, consulting, or technology environments and is comfortable recruiting for specialized Oracle talent. This individual will be highly organized, proactive, data-driven, and skilled at engaging passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
With hiring managers and business leaders across the Oracle Business Unit to understand current and anticipated hiring needs and execute recruiting strategies aligned to business priorities. Manage multiple requisitions and competing recruiting priorities while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and service. Develop and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies for assigned searches, adjusting approaches based on market conditions and candidate availability. Provide hiring managers with consistent updates on recruiting activity, pipeline health, candidate feedback, market intelligence, and potential challenges. Leverage recruiting data and market insights to inform search strategies and support data-driven hiring decisions. Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, Resource Management, Compensation, Operations, and Talent Acquisition colleagues.
Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, candidate assessment, interview coordination, offer support, and candidate disposition. Recruit across a variety of Oracle consulting roles, potentially including Oracle ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, OCI, technology, and industry-focused positions. Partners with hiring teams to develop and refine job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements and attract qualified talent. Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, social media, talent communities, and other sourcing channels. Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill Oracle skill sets. Execute targeted sourcing campaigns designed to attract diverse, high-quality talent. Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition information within Workday and other recruiting systems. Deliver an efficient and consistent recruiting process while maintaining strong candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
Apply Huron’s interview and assessment framework to support consistent and effective candidate evaluation. Review resumes and candidate profiles to assess alignment with role requirements, consulting experience, technical capabilities, and relevant Oracle expertise. Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate candidate experience, career motivations, compensation expectations, work authorization, location, travel requirements, and overall alignment with the opportunity. Provide hiring managers with concise, thoughtful candidate summaries and recommendations following recruiter screens. Partner with hiring managers throughout the interview process and help ensure timely feedback and decision-making. Support interview debriefs and helps identify themes or concerns that may require further assessment. Maintain awareness of candidate quality and hiring outcomes and incorporate learnings into future recruiting strategies.
Develop an understanding of the Oracle talent landscape, including competitor organizations, talent availability, compensation trends, and emerging skill demands. Share relevant market intelligence with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to support recruiting strategy and workforce planning. Identify recurring or future talent needs and proactively build candidate pipelines where appropriate. Stay current on Oracle ecosystem trends, including key skill areas, consulting firms, industry demand, and competitive talent movements.
Communicate effectively and professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at varying levels of seniority. Maintain clear, timely, and consistent communication throughout the recruiting process. Demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive candidate or business information. Demonstrate strong self-awareness and recognize when recruiting challenges, candidate concerns, or business issues should be escalated. Contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
