You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle across a portfolio of experienced hires, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers while helping build proactive talent pipelines for future growth. Alongside delivering searches, you’ll contribute to improving recruitment processes, market intelligence, and the overall candidate experience.
Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer negotiation.
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring business-critical functions.
Directly source and engage passive candidates using market mapping and networking strategies.
Partner closely with hiring managers on hiring strategy, market insights, and candidate calibration.
Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support recruitment process improvements, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
Work alongside HR and Talent teams on broader people initiatives and projects.
Coordinate with external search partners where appropriate.
7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
Background within executive search, financial services, asset management, or an in-house corporate recruiting function.
Demonstrated success recruiting experienced professionals in high-volume environments.
Strong direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
A proactive, data-driven approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Workday is advantageous.
