You will partner with recruiters to understand hiring priorities, conduct targeted searches, and present qualified candidates with insights to drive hiring decisions. In this role, you will develop proactive sourcing strategies, map talent, and leverage networks and market data to stay ahead of industry trends.

• Conduct targeted candidate searches using sourcing tools and market research techniques.
• Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and relationship-building.
• Screen candidates to evaluate qualifications and fit against requirements.
• Present qualified candidates and insights to recruiters for next steps.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies delivering high-caliber, diverse talent.
• Generate talent maps and market intelligence to support hiring plans.
• Document sourcing activity in ATS and other systems.
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines to support recruiter efforts.
• Support recruiters on priority searches with proactive sourcing.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and social networks to enhance search strategy.
