Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team on-site in Nashua, NH or Valley Green, PA. The role supports interview scheduling, travel coordination, and seamless candidate experiences across a global organization.

You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers, manage ATS workflows, maintain data quality, and contribute to process improvements that ensure timely, professional outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in recruiting coordination or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ATS and handling sensitive candidate information preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end scheduling for virtual and on-site interviews.
• Serve as a professional, responsive point of contact for candidates and interview teams.
• Coordinate candidate travel and interview logistics, including itineraries and hotel/transport.
• Administer ATS workflows: posting jobs, candidate records, dispositions, interview feedback, and offers.
• Maintain recruiting trackers, reports, and metrics; monitor activity and requisition data.
• Prepare interview materials and candidate packets for effective interviews.
• Support recruitment operations and process improvements, including templates and communications.
• Assist with recruiting events and referral activity.
