• Talent Sourcing & Candidate Identification: Develop sourcing strategies across multiple units and use LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards, and networks to identify top talent.
• Technical Candidate Research: Build understanding of engineering and manufacturing disciplines and interpret resumes for fit.
• Candidate Engagement: Conduct outreach, build relationships with passive candidates, and communicate Amphenol opportunities.
• Collaboration: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to plan intake meetings and maintain candidate pipelines.
