Tarrant County College is seeking a Coordinator of Talent Acquisition to support faculty and staff hiring at the Trinity River Campus. The role reports to the department leader and focuses on posting roles, screening applicants, and guiding supervisors through the recruitment process.

You will help manage candidate communications, coordinate events, and analyze data to assess effectiveness while ensuring policy compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and three years’ related experience or equivalent.
• Experience in talent acquisition or higher education is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Post positions and screen applicants for faculty and staff roles.
• Coordinate recruitment processes and answer supervisor questions.
• Develop recruitment plans for hard-to-fill positions.
• Host regular recruitment events and manage candidate workflows.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
