Job summary

You will manage full-desk recruitment, source candidates via LinkedIn and Indeed, conduct interviews, coordinate onboarding, and develop outreach with colleges and industry groups. Travel up to 20% and flexibility with hours are expected; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR preferred.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS (ADP and/or SuccessFactors preferred).

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute recruiting plans for all open positions.
• Screen qualified applicants via phone, video, and in‑person interviews.
• Source resumes using LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS tools.
• Ensure timely full-desk recruitment activities from intake to onboarding.
• Oversee preboarding, onboarding and new-hire orientation paperwork.
• Develop outreach to colleges, industry groups, and recruiter networks.
• Contribute to Amarr’s recruitment branding and digital marketing strategy.
• Research process improvements to recruitment and cycle times.
• Maintain and report recruitment KPIs.
• Coordinate multiple activities with on-time deliverables.
• Balance multiple openings and re-prioritize as business needs change.
• Attend or run recruitment events, job fairs and open houses; travel as needed.
