Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in Lawrence, KS, is seeking an experienced recruiter to lead high-volume hiring nationwide. You will develop recruiting plans, screen candidates by phone/video/in-person, and source via LinkedIn/Indeed and ATS to engage passive and active talent.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR preferred.
• Experience with ATS & HRIS (ADP and/or SuccessFactors).
• Experience sourcing through Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours and travel nationwide up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute recruiting plans for all open positions.
• Screen all qualified applicants via phone, video, and in-person interviews.
• Source resumes using LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS to reach passive and active candidates.
• Manage full-desk recruitment from intake to onboarding.
• Oversee preboarding, onboarding and new hire orientation activities with accurate paperwork.
• Develop outreach for recruiting through community, industry groups, and college networks.
• Contribute to Amarr’s recruitment branding and digital marketing strategy.
• Research process improvements to reduce recruitment cycle times.
• Maintain and report recruitment KPIs and coordinate multiple activities.
• Balance multiple openings and re-prioritize as needed; attend events and travel as required.
