Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• SHRM certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify key candidate strengths.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruiting required.
• Working knowledge of ADP preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
• Must be able to drive company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate resumes for qualifications and role alignment.
• Conduct prescreening calls to assess candidate fit and interest.
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and accurate documentation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process.
