Job summary

Cirrus in Minnesota is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through interviewing and offers, while maintaining a positive candidate experience and strong communication with hiring managers.

You will leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS to build a robust pipeline, coordinate interviews, post roles, and help with events and partnerships to attract top talent for entry to leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in recruiting with focus on passive candidate generation.
• 3+ years using LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, CRM/ATS.
• Experience in high-volume and niche hiring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptability to changing hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
• Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with managers.
• Draft and post job descriptions.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and manage pipelines.
• Communicate clearly with candidates.
• Support recruiting team on projects.
• Execute job offers and negotiate terms.
• Attend recruitment events and partner with external recruiters.
