Qualifications

• Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and social platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Draft and post job descriptions on company boards and platforms.
• Maintain ATS candidate records and pipeline accuracy.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the process.
• Collaborate with recruiting team on projects and admin tasks.
• Execute and negotiate job offers across levels.
