The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of comprehensive recruiting experience, strong CA employment law knowledge, and a proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in auto insurance or multi-location environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws (CA and federal) and recruiting best practices.
• Experience building creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with recruiting analytics and reporting tools.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Deliver offers in partnership with hiring managers and HR leadership.
