Job summary

NavSav is seeking a Senior Talent Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across the insurance sector. You will build pipelines, engage active and passive candidates, and partner with hiring managers to shape strong candidate profiles.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in insurance recruiting, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-growing environment. This role emphasizes relationship-building and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Previous experience recruiting within the insurance industry.
• Experience sourcing insurance professionals such as producers, account managers, customer service professionals, sales leaders, or similar roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for insurance and corporate positions across the organization.
• Source and recruit experienced insurance professionals, including producers, account managers, service professionals, sales leaders, and other specialized roles.
• Build pipelines of passive candidates within the independent insurance agency and brokerage market.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Conduct candidate pre-screens and evaluate experience, qualifications, compensation expectations, and overall alignment with the position.
• Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions and competitive insurance markets.
• Maintain strong candidate communication throughout the recruiting and interview process.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS platforms, referrals, and direct sourcing to identify qualified candidates.
• Track recruiting activity and key metrics, including pipeline activity, interviews, offers, and time-to-fill.
• Help improve recruiting processes, workflows, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.
• Stay informed on insurance industry hiring trends, competitors, compensation, and talent availability.
