Job summary

Hersheypark Entertainment Complex in Hershey, PA is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead hourly and full-time staffing across the Hersheypark Entertainment Complex.

You will build relationships with local schools and organizations, manage recruitment events, and develop campaigns to attract a diverse candidate pool while reflecting our core values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• High Volume Recruitment experience preferred.
• Familiarity with sourcing and external Job Posting sites.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment activities to generate leads for part-time, skilled trades and full-time roles.
• Lead and attend recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities.
• Assist with coordinating company-sponsored hiring events and branding in the local market.
• Build relationships with schools, colleges, and community organizations.
• Develop recruitment campaigns and plans to meet staffing numbers year-round.
• Research recruiting trends and new techniques to reach target audiences.
• Develop and share recruitment communications to stakeholders.
• Support Talent Acquisition on staffing projects and college relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
