Job summary

Rumpke is seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruiting processes, from requisition through final offer, across multiple locations. You will meet defined metrics, maintain candidate records in the ATS, and partner with hiring managers to design effective recruitment strategies.

The role requires 3+ years in full lifecycle recruiting, travel up to 15%, and a Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own all requisitions within assigned areas, from creation to offer
• Meet recruitment metrics: phone screens, interviews, retention, compliance
• Fully utilize ATS and HR software to maintain candidate records
• Assess applicant qualifications via job descriptions and structured screens
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal partners
• Provide coaching and training on recruitment best practices
• Maintain compliance with employment laws including OFCCP
• Develop talent pipelines through community orgs and colleges
• Represent the company professionally at networking events
• Utilize multiple platforms and strategies to attract candidates
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices
• Pivot to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment
