Job summary

FVI School of Nursing and Technology in Florida is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Recruiter to connect top nursing and technology professionals with opportunities that support student success.

You will source and identify candidates through multiple channels, partner with hiring managers, conduct interviews, manage end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines, and leverage ATS and recruitment software to create a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, in education or healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and with teams.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
