Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, in the education or healthcare sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify top talent across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Conduct interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process with a positive candidate experience.
