Paycom is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to screen, recruit, and hire exceptional talent. This role focuses on a fast-paced, high-volume pipeline with confidential handling of candidate information and strong stakeholder communication.

The recruiter will partner with leadership to understand hiring needs, execute tailored sourcing strategies, and contribute to ongoing process improvements while upholding Paycom's values and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in screening, recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Screen, move, and disposition candidates across an 80/20 active/passive pipeline.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the hiring process.
• Communicate effectively with all hiring process participants as directed.
• Manage pipeline activity and data integrity, share updates with stakeholders.
• Use ATS and job boards daily to source active candidates (LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder).
• Execute end-to-end recruitment across Paycom departments; ensure smooth candidate experience.
• Collaborate with recruiting leaders and hiring managers to understand needs and tailor hiring strategies.
• Help team meet goals and develop sourcing skills with leadership support.

The recruiter has a basic knowledge of the business, policies and technology of Paycom and specializes in matching the right person for the right position within the company. The recruiter is goal driven and has a sales and service mentality.This position has a salary of $90,000 per annum.
