Job summary

OC Sports & Entertainment, LLC is hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments in a fast-paced venue environment. You will craft job descriptions, source candidates, and manage interviews, tests, and offers for both part-time and full-time roles in Orange County.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of recruitment experience, strong communication, and proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years in recruiting or related work experience.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS and familiarity with the OC labor market.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting strategy for multiple departments.
• Create/update job descriptions and determine applicant requirements.
• Screen, interview (phone, in-person, video) and coordinate testing.
• Extend offers and coordinate background checks and onboarding.
• Run reports to monitor cost per hire and time to fill.

The starting pay for the successful candidate depends on various job-related factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education/training, internal value, peer equity, external market demands, and organizational considerations.The Talent Acquisition Recruiter supports various organizations and departments within the Company. This team member is responsible for the end-to-end recruiting strategy and will focus on the organization's selection, retention, and workforce planning.
