Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand needs, provide market insights, and advise on talent solutions.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from job briefing to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Optimize recruitment channels and internal resources to improve hiring efficiency and candidate pipelines.
• Track recruitment outcomes, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
• Contribute to recruiting projects including talent mapping and market research.
