Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (MSG Entertainment) seeks a Coordinator/Senior Coordinator Talent Acquisition to lead high-volume and early career hiring across the MSG family. The role emphasizes process rigor, data-driven decisions, and exceptional candidate experience.

You will own end-to-end recruitment for the Student Associate program, partner with HRBPs and leaders, and develop innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience with high-volume hiring.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting and multi-cycle programs.
• Strong project management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of the Student Associate program across Summer and Business Season cycles.
• Support the venue’s team with hiring events and coordination on Full and Part-time roles.
• Partner with HRBPs, senior leaders, and stakeholders to align on hiring needs and streamline processes.
• Develop sourcing strategies and diverse talent pipelines via campus partnerships and outreach.
• Define and track program KPIs, using dashboards to monitor performance and drive improvement.
• Provide market insights and guidance on candidate assessment and selection strategies.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Oversee recruitment operations in Greenhouse and manage multiple requisitions.
• Support onboarding and pre-employment processes in partnership with internal teams.
• Mentor team members on recruiting workflows and best practices.
