Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong focus on candidate experience and service quality.
  • Experience with ATS and HR tech; Greenhouse and Oracle HCM preferred.

Who are we hiring?

The Specialist, Talent Acquisition will lead high-volume venue hiring, with a primary focus on planning and executing hiring events and supporting the hourly recruitment needs of the venue. This position will own hiring event logistics from planning and candidate outreach through onsite execution and follow-up, while also managing full life cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried venue roles based on business needs. The Specialist will partner with hiring managers and People Practices throughout the requisition, sourcing, interview, selection, offer, and onboarding processes. This role will develop and execute sourcing strategies, assess and interview candidates, provide guidance to hiring managers, and manage the recruitment coordination and administrative processes needed to deliver seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.

What will you do?
  • Manage full life cycle recruitment for high-volume venue hiring, including hourly and salaried roles.
  • Plan and execute hiring events, including candidate outreach, logistics, onsite coordination, and follow-up.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and recruit qualified talent aligned with business needs.
  • Conduct candidate screens and interviews, assessing qualifications, interest, compensation, and overall fit.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process.
  • Manage key recruitment processes, including interview coordination, candidate communication, applicant tracking, and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
  • Serve as a resource to candidates and potential applicants throughout the recruitment process, responding to questions and providing timely updates.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements with internal teams and external vendors, including background checks and New Hire Orientation. Coordinate the candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and onboarding, ensuring a high level of service throughout.
  • Lead offer preparation and negotiations in partnership with hiring managers and People Practices.
  • Maintain recruitment reporting and use data to identify trends, opportunities, and hiring insights.
  • Use a variety of sourcing and recruitment marketing tools to engage active and passive candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers and People Practices to understand business needs, department culture, and talent profiles.
  • Organize and participate in People Acquisition events, including career fairs and community outreach opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.
What do you need to succeed?
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a background in high-volume recruiting and experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting for both hourly and salaried positions; venue, hospitality, entertainment, or similarly fast-paced environments preferred.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, competing deadlines, and high-volume hiring needs while driving consistent results.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong candidate and hiring manager focus, with the ability to navigate challenging situations with patience, agility, and a high level of service.
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, candidate communication, applicant tracking, and other recruitment processes with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Strong technical proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR technologies; Greenhouse and Oracle HCM experience preferred.
  • Passion for recruiting and delivering an exceptional candidate experience, with a continuous improvement mindset and interest in creating more efficient recruiting processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Creative and resourceful approach to sourcing and attracting talent, with the ability to think outside the box to identify qualified candidates.

Pay Range

$75,000 — $90,000 USD
