• Coordinate across East and West Coast time zones
• Discretion when handling sensitive information and high-profile candidates
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruitment across corporate, venue, and studio teams
• Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to attract top technology talent
• Partner with business leaders and HR to align hiring with culture and strategy
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing, selection, and onboarding best practices
• Lead innovative sourcing initiatives via social media, networking, and market intelligence
• Stay current on technology trends to maintain a competitive edge in talent
• Manage candidate and internal client experiences with clear communication
• Oversee offer development and negotiations with compensation and business stakeholders
• Meet hiring targets and report recruiting metrics to drive improvement
• Collaborate to refine and scale recruitment processes across the organization
• Ensure on-site appearance/presentation guidelines are followed during visits
