Job summary

F. Schumacher & Co. is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Associate to manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and technical roles. This hybrid position requires 3 days in the office at our Soho, NYC HQ, with a fast-paced environment and a focus on finding top talent.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in end-to-end recruitment, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask across multiple open requisitions while collaborating with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment in corporate and technical settings.
• Proficient with ATS and recruiting software; able to manage multiple roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Present a shortlist of highly qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate assessments.
• Maintain clear communication and manage candidate expectations throughout the process.
• Build a pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
• Ensure timely onboarding information and logistics for new hires.
