Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking a Pre-Boarding Coordinator within Johns Hopkins Intrastaff to manage the full pre-onboarding process for new hires across the health system. You will coordinate screenings, verify credentials, complete I-9s, and ensure accurate data entry in ATS and SAP.
The role requires an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred) and at least two years of related experience, with strong communication and organizational skills to support physicians and advanced practice

Hours: 8:30am-5pm
Pay rate: $23.50 per hour
As the Pre-Boarding Coordinator, this role is dedicated to delivering a seamless and positive pre-boarding experience for all incoming employees within the Johns Hopkins Health System. You will manage and coordinate the entire pre-onboarding process, ensuring a timely and efficient transition for new hires into our HR system.
