West Coast Self-Storage Group in Everett, WA is seeking a Talent Acquisition & People Specialist to join our People/Human Resources team. This full-time, onsite role supports full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and HR programs while partnering with managers to attract, retain top talent.

You'll maintain accurate HRIS records, assist with benefits enrollment, and help deliver a positive candidate and employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HR or related experience.
• Minimum 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience coordinating onboarding for new hires.
• Experience with HRIS systems; Paylocity preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Partner with managers to attract, hire, and onboard talent.
• Maintain team member records and HRIS data.
• Assist benefits enrollment and HR reporting.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and new hire communications.
• Provide HR administrative support and maintain confidentiality.
