West Coast Self-Storage Careers in Everett, WA is seeking a people-focused Talent Acquisition & People Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and HR support within the People/Human Resources team. This role partners with hiring managers, buildscandidate experiences, maintains records in the HRIS, and supports benefits enrollment, compliance, and HR projects while ensuring confidentiality in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HR or related experience.
• Minimum 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and new hire processes.
• Experience with HRIS systems; Paylocity experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire processes.
• Maintain and manage HR records and HRIS data.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and HR reporting.
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and events.
