West Coast Self-Storage is seeking a Pricing Operations Specialist in Everett, WA to support revenue management, pricing programs, promotions, reporting, and market research. This full-time, on-site role focuses on accurate execution and data integrity across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Office software proficiency and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, analytics, revenue management, pricing, marketing, finance, or a related business function.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing recurring operational processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day pricing, rent increase, and revenue management initiatives across the portfolio.
• Implement and maintain pricing changes in line with revenue management strategies.
• Support planning, preparation, quality control, and execution of rent increase programs.
• Validate pricing data and ensure accuracy across systems and reports.
• Assist rollout of new revenue management tools, processes, and initiatives.
• Prepare and distribute recurring pricing, occupancy, revenue, and portfolio reports.
• Identify trends and opportunities through reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and leadership to support pricing initiatives.
