Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruiting and HR generalist functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting across Allegheny Diversified companies and manage onboarding.
• Support benefits enrollment, employee relations, and HRIS data management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain accurate HR records.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics to drive workforce planning.
