Job summary

QVC, Inc. is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner for the U.S. market, based in our Florence, SC Fulfillment Center. This onsite role supports high-volume recruiting, candidate screening, and partnership with the People team to build a strong talent pipeline.

You will manage requisitions, conduct interviews, and coordinate events while ensuring a smooth candidate experience and compliant hiring processes across manufacturing and warehousing functions.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in a Manufacturing and/or Warehousing environment.
• Experience promoting a positive, inclusive team culture and providing leadership and development.

Responsibilities

• Prescreen candidates and review resumes based on experience and role requirements.
• Manage requisitions, candidate screening, selection, and hiring using TA technologies (Workday).
• Participate in interviews, assessment centers, and job simulations.
• Source candidates via online recruiting resources, job boards, associations, LinkedIn, university career centers, and ATS.
• Organize onsite recruiting activities, hiring events, and career fairs.
• Ensure accurate completion of new hire paperwork and employment screenings.
• Manage reporting for your designated site and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.

Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be a strategic partner, guiding hiring managers and People team members, and providing leadership and professional development to the recruiting team.**Where You'll Work**This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Florence, SC Fulfillment Center daily.
