About this role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Tech Product TA team. You'll play a critical role in hiring exceptional talent across Product and Design, alongside supporting Tech hiring more broadly. You'll bring strong recruiting expertise, a strategic mindset, and a genuine care for building effective, high-quality hiring processes. This role is about more than filling roles; it's about helping shape how we hire for Tech Product as we scale. You'll partner closely with the leaders of these functions, acting as a credible advisor on talent strategy and hiring quality, not just an executor of requirements. You'll stay flexible enough to pick up other Tech Product roles as priorities shift, and you'll be expected to bring real independence and judgement to how you run your own pipelines.
