Qualifications

• Five+ years of high-volume recruiting experience for exempt/non-exempt positions.
• One year of healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Staffing agency/RPO experience preferred.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system is required.
• Experience with online recruiting; HRIS (Workday) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide employment and recruitment services to attract and retain qualified employees.
• Build partnerships with management to recruit for assigned departments.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies from tactical and strategic perspectives.
• Utilize applicant tracking system to perform recruitment functions and analytics.
• Serve as lead consultant on healthcare recruiting trends and business intelligence.
• Role is a combination onsite/remote.
