What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Clinical and Operations teams to assess talent needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing techniques to attract qualified clinical candidates
- Build relationships and networks with prospective candidates to enhance interest in job opportunities
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws during the recruitment process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with a business or human resources emphasis and 2 years of dental support recruiting experience, or equivalent education and experience
- Experience working in the healthcare/dental industry, preferably dental
- Proven ability to manage the recruitment lifecycle and develop external sourcing strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing hiring managers and candidates
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience partnering with dental schools for recruitment efforts
- Previous experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Strong networking skills and familiarity with social media applications for sourcing candidates
